This is ridiculous. Local businesses should have the right to grow and serve people properly.
FINALLY. been needing this for years. glad someone is actually trying to change the rules.
why make it so difficult? it's just wine. get with the times.
common sense says let them do it. stop putting up roadblocks for small shops.
hope this goes through. we really need better options here.

Fix this now. The current laws are so outdated and frustrating.
