The McCartha Family Cemetery is on this property. I do not want to see my ancestors graves disturbed!

The area is overwhelmed with people and traffic already. Schools are crowded and land is dwindling. I also happen to have relatives buried on the property. The growth in the area is an absolute nightmare and the added traffic on the already crowded roads is ridiculous.

Not over my family's graves. Three of the brothers buried there were killed in the civil war. Can we please respect the dead????

Here is just another example of adding unneeded stress on an already over developed neighborhood that is not prepared to handle the traffic, sewer, and to demolish one of our historical grave sites!

The decision to sell this property to a developer who will build 100 homes is absolutely irresponsible and unconscionable. Greed is one of the seven deadly sins!

Way too crowded all ready. The roads can’t hold anymore traffic ! We need roads not homes.

We need to take care of utilities and infrastructure. Everyone loves Chapin , but it won’t be Chapin for long if not developed property.

Stop building without having ALL the Infrastructure in place first. And stop allowing clear cutting of land. This is only going to lead to flooding, erosion and other problems in the future. Practice some delayed gratification. Build responsibly.

I agree overcrowding is a detriment to this area as well as insufficient infrastructure.

There is a cemetery where they want to build. Also, the schools are already over capacity in this area.

We do not have the infrastructure for this!

We do not need more people in this area. We are already overcrowded and the infrastructure cannot handle it.
