Strongly against this development. The cemetery has civil war era gravesites.

Too crowded for this property, utilities and fire services are stretched thin for this development

It’s presently a roll of the dice trying to turn left from hiller road onto highway 76. If going to Chapin, we have to go around to Indian Fork and hit the light at Hilton. Highway 76 should have been at least 20 + years ago.

Overdevelopment is running out of control. Residents are struggling with traffic congestion, accessibility, and limited emergency services as it is … and these problems are compounded when we just keep allowing more & more developments!!!

Road traffic is already horrific with the new homes that have been built.

Too many people for 2 lane roads without a turn lane. Make the people in charge live here for 1 year and they can only travel at rush hour times. That would solve the problems on all of these houses.

No more building projects without infrastructure & protection of Lake Murray. Timberlake is a Disaster on the Lake. If more homes are needed, build on vacant farmland off the lake.

This area is too busy already and the infrastructure can’t handle 100 new homes. And I can just about guarantee LexRich5 School District CANNOT handle another influx of students. Our kids are hurting already due to massive growth! NO NO NO!!!
