Please stop this concentrated building around this area. I've lived here for 34 years. Traffic on 76 is a nightmare. All the side roads are filled. We cannot have another 400 cars on these roads.

This runaway construction must stop. If the constructors want to build they must pay an additional fee to help cover cost of schools, fire, police and road improvements.

We live close to the proposed development area and are an example of how such development has negatively impacted our community. The hundreds of Palmetto Shores, Woodlands Crossing, Cypress Glenn…. homes that were built recently have brought in multiplied numbers of people and automobiles. The traffic is substantial, crimes have increased, noise and light pollution are real. Wildlife is threatened as is the peacefulness of Lake Murray life.

I could not imagine seeing 200+ more cars on that road/area. Just too much for that area.

The roads can't handle any more traffic.. An impact study needs to be done before any more building!

Just try driving on Hwy 76 in either direction most any time of day to get to or from Chapin. If there is an emergency Evac we're toast.

The traffic, the roads, the schools, to many homes already are over crowded in the Chapin area. What used to be peaceful is now a headache trying to go to work, school, appointment's.

Chapin is far too big. Neither Richland nor Lexington county care about those of us already here, as long as they get their money. Stand and fight! No more houses!
