This town is already over developed as is. We certainly cannot accommodate future homes knowingly ,the overcrowded schools , There’s only several ways to get into the town of Chapin. The development has made it a nightmare already.
It’s time to stop NOW!!!

The Chapin area is getting overdeveloped at a rapid rate. There is enough developments in the area. If you start over developing people will wind up leaving because the schools will not be as good. The roads cannot handle the amount of traffic going on keep Chapin as good quality, not Quantity. People pay for nicer areas. People do not want to live in over built developments

As a Chapin resident I am against this development as already there are too many homes and overcrowding is an issue. The infrastructure is not able to manage the amount of vehicles! This gets worse with every new development!

As a current homeowner in the Old Hilton area, this is horrible. Our roads and infrastructure are not prepared, our schools are already too full and our emergency services are already stretched too thin. We have got to get a hold of these huge track builders and stop them from over building in these areas.

This is supposed to be a rural area. 100 homes will drastically change this area. Infrastructure is not sufficient to handle that many homes and our taxes don't need to go up in order to finance the improvements necessary for that many homes.

Indian fork road cannot support this level of growth let alone the town of Chapin. We do not need 106 homes packed 10ft apart further clogging up traffic in Chapin.

I’ve been on this road many times and it cannot support development. It also contains important history that should not be erased for more developments!
