This is very short sighted. Have you been to Bellevue lately?

My primary concern is the traffic congestion that it could bring to an already overburdened thoroughfare and intersection.

In addition to the obvious concerns about the general preservation and wellfare of our area this raises serious conflict of interest and dare I say corruption questions.

Another Oak Hill resident that does not support additional commercial development in Oak Hill. We do not want Oak Hill to turn into Green Hills.

This is dishonest at best. Please do not ruin this sanctuary in the city.

Those of us who moved to Oak Hill because of its unique and protected environment believe that rezoning will destroy the very reason we moved and raised our families here.

I oppose the commercial zoning for our City of Oak Hill. i also object to the work that has obviously been done to this point without the involvement and full knowledge of we the tax payers and voters of Oak Hill. The follow-up email sent out by Austin McMullen giving us the three choices: discontinue trash and chipper service; increased taxes; and use of revenue created by the commercial development, are no choices at all but are presented as putting commercial revenue as the only soluntion. I am also concerned about the information that Mr. McMullen has connection to some of the members of the development. if this is correct he should act responsibly and ethically and recuse himself from these decisions.
