One of the nicest thing about Oak Hill is the wilderness. Trees and animals...With restaurants and malls, comes traffic and eventually splitting of lots and higher density of residents.

I think Oak Hill is just about perfect the way it is and I would be willing to pay a few hundred dollars a year to keep just like it is now.

No commercial, No retail, No apartments. No condominiums. No now. No 60 days from now. Leave Brentwood and Maryland Farms in Brentwood.

I am opposed to any commercial development in Oak Hill. Our mission statement correctly states why the majority of residents chose Oak Hill.

I am completely and resolutely opposed to commercial development in Oak Hill now and forever. The proposal should be taken off the table and never brought up for discussion again.

We moved to Oak Hill for a reason and it was not so that we could walk down the street to get some food or shopping. Instead it was to be able to walk down the street and enjoy the beautiful surrounding, including the wildlife and nature.
