This man has had numerous run ins with the law and should not be allowed to open any facility let alone one involving the care of children. He is the lead suspect in a murder investigation. I don’t think he should be able to open a facility of this nature or any kind until he is cleared as a suspect.

I am a resident of Nelson Co KY and do not feel comfortable with Brooks H owning a day care. I feel he is too involved with the murder of C Roger's. I vote NO!!!
