He's a murderer. Everyone knows it. Just because they don't have the hard evidence to put him in jail doesn't make him innocent. He surely has no business being involved with the care of children. He should be run out of town. The actual audacity of this murderer is staggering. He was just imprisoned for the non-payment of harassment fines and there is an actual consideration of allowing him licensing to run a children's daycare? Is this real life? Is no one held accountable anymore or are they rewarded for horrendous behavior? No. Do not allow this man his license. Do not allow this man around children. Do not allow this man to further profit off of the citizens of the town he tore apart with his crimes!

Brooks Houck should be one of the last people ever to have this right!! It should be stopped, I beleive that anyone following this story knows he's GUILTY!!!! Too many connections to people willing to be paid off or keep this horrible secret to aid in his crimes. One day their son will learn of this and his father will be forced to answer questions with lies.
PLEASE DON'T ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN, IT WOULD BE A HORRIBLE INJUSTICE TO EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN TORN APART BY HIS ACTIONS AND LACK OF CO-OPERATION!
