Besides the reasons already given, the noise they make is reason enough to ban them. Black River is an area which attracts people for its solitude.

ATV's on our streets would create safety issues.

Allowing ATV’s would greatly impact the safety our community. Not to mention the noise pollution!

Not thrilled with ATVs being driven around our community. I think that will take away from the current draw of the area

General safety for all is my number one reason for opposing the unleashing of this type of traffic on largely unsuspecting populations.

Please preserve the natural beauty of the beaches, forests and natural areas along Lake Michigan and all other areas. this also would protect the wildlife animals and birds.

I am strongly against allowing ATV traffic in Town of Wilson roads. Safety for myself and neighbors as a cyclist a walker in the Black River area is my number 1 concern. Safety of the wildlife and noise pollution in out quiet residential area is a close number 2. Thanks

Allowing ATVs does not bring value to the town of Wilson. It creates excessive noise and disruption to what we value. I am strongly against ATVs in the town!

Having lived in the Black River area for 37 years and having enjoyed the peace and quiet of nature which is a hallmark of the area, Terry and I are strongly against opening our roads to ATV’s. It’s one thing to allow them in places where a trail system already exists. But that’s not our town. ATV manufacturers don’t advise them to be on regular roads. The potential congestion, noise and unregulated use, especially by unsupervised teens and youngsters, is a safety disaster waiting to happen. Please vote “NO” to ATV’s.
Respectfully, Lyn & Terry Bivins

It's bad enough that the people walking on the side of the roadway walk sometimes 4 abreast and don't yield to traffic and then to have maniacs driving and racing their ATV's up and down the town roads adds to the dangers that an ATV will never win in a crash with a car or pickup truck. Stahl road between S. 13th and a morning road is a raceway already, let's not add more dangerous activities.
