I moved here in 2005 and the area used to be sooo quiet. It's now much noisier. ATVs are dangerous on our narrow roads and very noisy. Please do not allow! Promote silent sports like biking instead. THANKS!

If a Board member vote for this access, I would expect them to explain why they are ignoring the threats to safety.

Even these vehicles are the few fit to navigate the poor road conditions, the safety factors of allowing them take precedent. I vote not to allow them.

I almost hit an ATV that was driving on the road. It was dark and the ATV had no lights on the back. It was not visible until my car was very close to hitting.

Whatever responsible measures the ATV group has for itself, if those standards are not built into all of these vehicles access, it doesn’t matter. I don’t see how the safety of all the people using our very narrow roads are protected.

As E-bikes and E-scooters get put in the hands of kids we have enough to worry about. Speeding recreational vehicles/toys can be dangerous to share the road with.
And, I can’t imagine what could happen to our beach with our easy access points.

No way! UTVs or ATVs cannot be permitted on roads in the Town of Wilson. There are too many safety concerns by introducing off road vehicles to streets where town residents reside, ride bicycles and walk their dogs.

No ATVs on town roads - our roads aren't built for it, and ATVs are not built for roads.

Safety and liability are more important than recreation. Folks can drive their ATVs - on trails. But its simply not safe for residents in the Town of Wilson.

There is very little need for allowing ATVs on our town roads, especially Evergreen Drive and Indian Mound. How will they be policed on the beach?

ATVs have their proper SAFE place.
That place is on ATV trails, and not on public roadways.
Please don’t jeopardize the safety of the Town of Wilson residents by trying to please the wishes of a small group of if ATV sports enthusiasts.
Don’t turn our beautiful community into an unsafe noisy ATV playground.
