I am against ATVs, Golf carts and any other unlicensed motor vehicles on public roads.

My neighbors use them on their acreage and the noise is very offensive when I want a quiet time in my yard!

Might have been amenable if some public input was sought, certain restrictions put in place. But this seems to have been pushed by a small group of residents without any thought of their neighbors.

I feel driving minibikes, OHVs: ATVs/UTVs etc. are not safe to use on our roads. I've seen small kids on them in the area. I feel they aren't aware of the dangers or hazards they are causing by using these units and how good are the reaction times if encountering a faster vehicle in a surprise situation?

There is already a lot of motorcycles and loud cars driving at high speeds in our neighborhood that the town refuses to do anything about!

We have aggressive driving and speeding in Wilson. We don't need another obstacle in the way on these narrow roads Definitely not.

We have had two little kids riding their battery operated cars on our cul de sac in years passed and this year a young boy riding a small gas dirt bike on the road. They are hard to see and create a hazard and the dirt bike is noisy and disruptive. These off road vehicles are not safe on paved roads and should not be allowed.

As a physician specializing in prevention I fully understand the importance of thinking ahead of the possible consequences of allowing this to happen. Only one serious accident or death by allowing these vehicles on the toad is too many. Please vote against this.

It’s too noisy here the way it is and roads are too narrow.

These are meant for the woods. NOT roads that we drive on. I've seen accidents with these up north when they ran them on main roads. Not a very good idea.

TOW roads are not built for ATV/UTV. Many are narrow and windy which is great for a town but could be problematic for these vehicles. Drivers are not required to have a license or insurance. I am also concerned about the noice these units make. LS
