Yule is a holiday celebrated around the world. One should not ever be allowed to trademark it.

Yule is a historical Germanic holiday of celebration, not a word for someone to "own". I don't even understand why anyone would want to try to do this. That would be like wanting to trademark Christmas, or Hanukkah, Cinco de Mayo, Mardi Gras, or Duwali....just ridiculous. Yule is a seasonal celebration, a festival, and a seasonal change. Anyone can use this word.

Yule is a word commonly used by everyone during the festive season. No one should have ownership of a word like this.

Saddened that someone would try to trademark the name of a holiday.

Yule has been around for many years. For one person to take claim is very wrong she should be very ashamed of how greedy she is. You my dear are not love and light. You are greedy and wicked.

This is a waste of someone's valuable time. It should have never been allowed to even be submitted. Any word or label that is commonly recognized in a general broad scope, should not be trademarked. It would be like trying to trademark the phrase, 'red, white, and blue'.
