Yule is a holiday for thousands if not millions of people. This would be like trademarking "Easter". Please do not allow it.

Holidays cannot be trademarked. I'll trademark Christmas, or Kwanzaa because I'll name my next pets by those days. Ludicrous!!

This is ridiculous. Yule, Yuletide and Jule are the various names for a holiday and should not be trademarked.

No. How can you trademark this word. It's like trademarking Christmas or halloween.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Yule is Yule. It is not a product name. Shame on the someone who wants this name to themselves!

Yule is an ancient holiday and in such common usage that a trademark is preposterous.

Yule is a time of year or holiday term, just like autumn is. To trademark such is ignorant and can not be hoarded buy one entity.

For starters YULE is an actual religious holiday and trademarking is a violation of religious rights. Secondly, Yule is a holiday season... not a damn scent!

Someone wants to trademark the word "Yule"?!?!? What's next, a trademark on the work "Easter"? It's not just an archaic word for Christmas, it's a sacred time for millions of people worldwide and it's meaning as such is widely used .
