Granting a trademark for the name of a season with both cultural and spiritual significance would be ridiculous. Such an application should not have been made and certainly should not be granted.

I feel that the word Yule should not be allowed to be trade marked by any company. Yule is a season not a perfume.

This is ridiculous, This is like a Christian company trademarking the word "Christmas". She should be ashamed of herself to try and abuse the name of a major holiday for her own financial gain. She is a stain on the craft and embodies everything wrong with the craft today.

I am Wiccan. My children are Wiccan. To trademark the name of my religions high holiday is HORRIFYING. Imagine if someone tried to trademark the word "Easter"! Don't let them do it!!
