In September 1996, Delrick Martin, Derrick Everfield, and Victor Jackson kidnapped Charlie and Emma Weston, tortured them physically and mentally, and murdered Charlie Weston. This crime shocked the town of Tallulah. The Westons did so much to help those in the community. Delrick Martin received a sentence of 70 years and the others received life sentences. Delrick Martin received a lighter sentence in exchange for testifying against one of the others. He deserved a life sentence also because he fired the first shot into the face of Charlie Weston shattering his jaw and twisting his face permanently. He was also the most vicious of the three felons. He is now seeking parole after serving only 26 years. Please join us in OPPOSING the pardon of Delrick Martin. Please do so immediately.
