I strongly oppose the opening of this path it will only cause more gangs and more anti social behaviour . Please listen to common sense and the feelings of the people who have to live with the consequences of wrong decisions .

What benefits could opening this footpath bring to the community? Why would you want to open up a easy entrance/exit onto a estate that everyone either drives, walks or uses public transport to gain entry or leave! We don't need it nor do we want it. Do not open the floodgates for potential crime that will only cost the government and tax payers more unnecessary costs. Stupid idea if I've ever heard one to even suggest this. Keep croxteth park estate separate the way it was when we all got mortgages and chose to buy here.

This proposal will cause nothing but trouble to the residents who live directly adjacent to the proposed site! The original path was closed due to the crime that took place there. This is the SAME path with just a different entrance!!!

We have enough problems with quad bike, crossers and gangs coming through from cantril farm. Don't give gangs from croxteth an easy access into our estate aswell.

Ridiculous idea, surely the council have better things to spend money on. This path will cost the community more in the long run in terms of maintenance and policing.
Sick of Croxteth residents bleating that they've no access, there isn't security on the gates saying no Croxteth residents allowed they have the same access as everyone else. Get off your bums and walk like the rest of the city. L120AZ

Ridiculous idea. Aren't our council struggling with cuts and people want them to open a new path which will need maintaining to save them a few minutes?
Have people already forgotten the reasons that this path closed? Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. The people wanting this path to reopen should be downright ashamed of themselves.
