I live in this building and don't want a liquor licensed business with these opening hours operating on our ground floor. This is a quiet building on a quiet block with no entertainment venues. Community meetings have shown that absolutely no one on the block wants this bar in our building. Having a bar operating in this building would be a huge noise disruption.

2am is late. This neighborhood already has lots of noise late from washington produce, we shouldn’t add drunk crowds to the mix. Also worried about safety late at night

This sounds like a horrendous idea. I don’t understand why this potential club would even be considered for a residential building?

Based on our past experiences with nightlife businesses in the area, this will negatively impact the quality of life for residents. This is a bad idea.

Pretty messed up way to treat your tenants.

I am particularly troubled by the multiple misrepresentations by the Venue proprietors during their presentation to the community board, especially their assertion that 275 Park isn't nearly fully occupied by residents and that there would be valet parking at the Navy Yard (with a possible re-routing of the Navy Yard bus). Neither of these claims hold up under the most cursory scrutiny and make me distrust any assertions that they make on being responsible neighbors.

I live on 127 Washington avenue right down the street from where they’re planning on having a night club and I am very against this idea

I have 2 young children that go to sleep at 8PM. We would have to move if this opened.

I am against granting a liquor license to this establishment on the corner of Park & Washington , as it will be serving alcohol late until the the morning (2am), and due to the high number of people that can fill the club (200 persons max) it will mean many people congregating outside the club well past 2am. The block is residential and not suitable for nightclub use.
