As a resident in the building this will negatively impact my life in a number of ways. Having a party every night in a residential building is unacceptable.

I am a resident of the building and oppose the liquor license as management has not provided any traffic of safety plans.

Having a Comedy Venue in our building will be detrimental to our quality of life at 275 Park Ave, and that of our surrounding neighborhood. Please do not approve this license.

I believe the owners of 275 Park Avenue are trying to increase the value of this building; a nightclub, which effectively is what is being proposed, will have the opposite effect. I’m alarmed at the prospect.

When there was a bar called the Chocolate Factory Bar on the Waverly Avenue side of the building, there were loads of problems with fights and noise And the capacity for that place was only 50 people. I shudder to think what a venue with a 220 person capacity will do.

I am a resident of 275 Park, and been living in the neighborhood for over 10 years. I think having comedy club / night club venue is an absolute worst choice for this residential building. Thank you

This is an inappropriate place in the community for this sort of late night club and all it’s negative quality of life issues. Reject this plan.

As a property owner and resident on Washington Ave, I am very concerned about the parking problems, traffic, and noise generated by previous nightlife venues in the community. This club will be a disruption and not an enhancement to life in our community.

Really opposed to this, do not think it would be good for the neighborhood

Quality of life in these times is very important. This would be a disastrous for people living in the area.

My main concern is around whether a club can operate safely in a building with a history of fires and fire safety violations. I have friends who have lived in the building and have heard terrifying stories of padlocked fire exits, non-working and non-existent fire alarms, etc. The space was last used as an upscale grocer, so there are major structural changes needed to bring things up to code to accommodate large crowds. Otherwise, I fear it's an accident waiting to happen.

We need to make NYC a liveable place for people who live and work there.

Could not be a worse choice of real estate for a venue like this, no parking on the corner of a bus stop and citibike stand so no good way to drop people off and no parking garages near by nor subways also in a residential building- why?
