So many are opposed. I hope that CB2 reconsiders their recommendation during their September 1st meeting and that the State Liquor Authority rejects the application.

A large capacity night life venue is inappropriate for a block that so many people call home. As an 9 year resident of this corner of Clinton hill- I seriously hope the decision makers reflect on the very negative impacts of large venues on this block in the past.
I strongly oppose this venues application.

A venue open until midnight on weeknights and 2AM on weekends is going to add a lots of chaos to the streets and sidewalk of the neighborhood.

The building is being advertised as family friendly but a comedy open until 2AM doesn't really mesh will with a family friendly environment.
