This club will be a blight on the neighborhood.
The operators have intentionally, knowingly misled residents, community boards, and city agencies on multiple occasions in an effort to get their permits and licenses. They are not to be trusted.

Exactly!
It's an absolute nightmare these days and a live performance venue open until midnight every night, two AM on weekends, isn't going to help matters. To say nothing about the increase in trash.

Parking for homeowners and residents is already at capacity. Not to mention the daily influx of added traffic and over spill from the Navy Yard, businesses along Park and Flushing ave's and the number of schools between myrtle and Flushing, between blocks Washington and Clinton.

The landlords will regret this shortsighted decision once their tenants begin moving out and good potential tenants are reluctant to live in a building with a nightclub.

Poor location for a multi-use venue of this kind. The neighborhood can not support these club audiences.

Thank you to everyone who has signed the petition.
There will be an opportunity to voice your opposition to the granting of the liquor license during the next CB2 - HESS Committee meeting on Wednesday, September 1st at 6:00 PM.
The Health, Environment & Social Services Committee advocates for mental health services, sanitation and refuse collection, environmental concerns including sewer maintenance and repair, air pollution, toxic waste, and liquor licensing issues. It's definitely a disaster waiting to open and its presence will seriously disrupt the quality of life for residents of the building and entire neighborhood.
Thanks for your support.

Let's not forget the fights and noise that were associated with patrons exiting Reign/Touché Nightclub.
