This will adversely impact our small business

We have enough hotels, short term rentals, condos, etc. etc..... Please stop and build housing for the workers of this town.

It is hard to see what, if any, benefit this project would have for a town that already has plenty of lodging for visitors, but lacks affordable employee housing. We don't need more large hotels, we need to preserve space for wildlife and to house our existing Town workers.

NO the Elkhorn Lodge phase 11 annexation

It's difficult to identify anything in terms of how this proposed plan would benefit Estes Park. This should be a simple 'no' decision.

Changing the historic zoning of this property unfairly dilutes and devalues the property value of adjacent landowners and residents of the neighborhood. I oppose the annexation, rezoning and development of parcels 3526100001 and 3526105046 as proposed Elkhorn Lodge Phase II.

HELL NO to this “Elkhorn” development with all these hotels and treehouses especially up in the ridge line!!

I am broken hearted for this beautiful land to be taken away our wildlife.

This is not a positive development for our community or wildlife. Very worried on how this would effect migration paths and light pollution.
