Impact on wildlife, traffic issues, and urban sprawl— all reasons I would hate to see this forced on our town! Please, no to this plan!

Hard no on this. That land and neighborhood is not designed to handle this level of traffic, people and buildings.

I do not support this high impact business project. The project undermines the quality of life and safety of the surrounding homeowners, businesses and wildlife.

Don’t want this proposed business property, period! The life-safety of the homeowners and businesses are being put at a higher risk (next wildfire, potential hotel fire, other disaster) with the large influx of hotel guests and employees on Elm Road.

Estes does not need any more lodging - especially one of this size. The current accommodations in town are not even maxed out during the peak of the summer season. Developments like this, as well as the STRs, are putting the locally owned, small lodging establishments out of business.

Please do not rezone this area. We do not want or need a facility like this, especially in that area or adding to the traffic on Moraine and competing with our small businesses. Please honor the requests of the community this time.

Find a better spot. This location is detrimental for numerous reasons.

There are plenty of options for vacationers to Estes, this is not needed and in an area that will destroy so much wild space.

This change does not seem to be advantageous to anyone.

Please do not change the zoning for this parcel. Leave the space as open as possible. Our town is known for its wildlife and open space, don't change that
