We do not want Estes Park to become another Vail or Breckenridge.

Save our town. Issue a moratorium against any commercial building for many years

This will change the look of our mountain town , we will just be a town. Finish the current project!! What if they tear the mountain apart and never finish the project? This is a real possibility!

We do need that many more people to be here. We cannot handle the crowded Estes Valley area as it is. This ruins open space we desperately need not more buildings and people! Stop the growth now!

Estes Park is already too crowded. I hope we can keep a small town vibration instead of turning into Vail.

It's as though the existing neighborhood has no rights! Re-zoning and annexation should not be allowed for this property.

I am happy and appreciative for the restoration of Elkhorn Lodge, a treasured historical structure. But phase 2 is just too much for Estes Park and, especially, the migration of elk down Dear Mountain. Also, I fear what this will do to long-time existing hotels in town, not to mention the increased traffic already at intolerable levels.

I am currently opposed to the Phase 2 annexation and re-zoning. This objection is based on the need for a comprehensive study to identify ecological, traffic, and neighborhood impacts. This can not be done completed until true phase 1 impacts are observed. With the length of time this development has already been going on, a delay to complete that should not be substantial in the overall cost and timeline.

More housing is not needed at this time. The new developments are not full. There are plenty of places available. Wildlife needs to be considered. That’s what people come up for. If this is “workforce” housing actually make it affordable for workers. Stop the greed. Election days are coming.

I oppose this Phase 2. More time is needed to make a proper evaluation! Traffic study seems way off!!

I oppose both mega proposals. One at Mall Road and hwy 34 and the other at the west end of town on hwy 36 to hwy 34

High Oppose the Elkhorn Lodge Project/Annexation/Rezone. STOP the Insanity of destroying the Unique Delicate Beauty of this Valley! This is just corporate greed and those trying to change the feel and look of Estes Park. This would be so detrimental to the whole environment/wildlife. Too many people in this little valley will put residents and visitors at an extreme risk when (not if) a wildfire starts. Just STOP!

Please, please no more lodging! We have not been full or near full since timed entry! Please stop! You are killing this town and our small family owned lodging business! I believe this will do nothing to change your mind because you feel your opinion matters more then putting food on my families table, but this is to important to only think of yourself and the money you may make! All your doing is taking the same amount of visitors and moving them to a residential area. Stop thinking of yourself and think about the people you represent!
