This wild area was never meant to accommodate 800+ units, parking, lodging. There are multiple reasons this got a 3-1 no vote from the planning board. Please vote no.

if we keep doing this, Estes Park will no longer be what everyone is coming there to see and experience. It needs to stay more wild and more open. The wildlife need less development and so do we.

This would be a terrible decision for the wildlife, residents and visitors to Estes. Please do not approve this

I voted No! Estes Park does not need to become a city, nor does it need more buildings that cant be filled because there is no actually industry for people to work, this would turn into government low income housing, and is not what Estes Parks needs.

We do NOT need development and just as all other recent developments, it will greatly impact wildlife. We keep taking over their space

This would ruin the small mountain town atmosphere. Too close to residential neighborhood as well.

When will this stop? When all the animals are no longer here? They are a huge draw to our town.
Leave the residential areas alone!

Enough is enough. The topical visual pollution, municipal and infrastructure impact must be even worse...

This whole project is a woeful disaster...ill planned, disorganized, SO behind schedule...waffles as to direction and an embarrassment to the Town and its citizens.

Please save Estes Park from becoming “just another” over developed mountain town. We live here for a reason…
