You're destroying small logging business how many more people need to lose their lives they built before the town starts to care.

So sad that you would destroy an important historical landmark for Estes Park

I am opposed to the proposed development Phase II Elkhorn Lodge. I’m especially opposed to any access of this development to Elm Road. Moraine Ave has enough traffic without allowing this massive build to use it. They have west Elkhorn to 34. It is time for the town to start listening to their residents and not outside money.

Elkhorn Lodge preservation is no longer focused on saving any part of Estes Park history. This project threatens to destroy much more than it would ever restore or preserve. Allowing a large hotel to build at all is wrong for Estes. Allowing that build to destroy Deer Ridge, to cause more traffic bottlenecks, to take business from our locally owned lodges and cabins, and to show visitors that wildlife and nature mean nothing is WRONG. Send the hotel package to the valley. Find a better backer for The Elkhorn- preferably one who puts Preservation, of the old lodge and of our wildlife and of our Estes Park, first. Respectfully, Just Say NO!!

It's my opinion that Estes Park does not need to be further developed, interfering with wildlife and wilderness

Keep the beauty of our town intact. No hotel development.

This is being railroaded through to simply help underfunded developers.

Where did the idea that every inch of the Estes Valley must be [over]developed? Are we a community that has a tourism industry or are we the Estes Park version of Vail Inc. where there happens to be a few residents? No! Serve the community that elected you!

There are so many reason to oppose this, but the integrity of Estes Park is top of the list.

Born and raised in EP. please stop making EP bigger. It is losing its SMALL mountain town feel. It is losing it feeling of HOME.

No. The park already has too many visitors and having more hotel rooms will cause more people without timed entry harassing park rangers.

Who will provide the many services that will be needed to run a Hilton? EP has to bring up employees from the valley. People don't move up here to work. Trust the locals that understand the mess this would create. No local business or homeowner wants the road bypassing "the loop".
