By this designation of proxy, the Proxy may attend and represent the Homeowner with the full power to vote and act for the Homeowner in the same manner, to the extent and with the same effect as if the Homeowner were personally present.
This designation revokes any prior designation of proxy that the Homeowner may have given previously with respect to the Homeowner's ownership interest in Mcfayden Lake Association Inc.
This designation of proxy shall be effective immediately, and shall continue in effect until terminated by a written notice delivered to the Mcfayden Lake Association inc. Alternatively any homeowner may attend any Special or Annual Meeting (zoom video or telephone)and vote and or revoke their proxy.
The Proxy shall have the full power, as the Homeowner's substitute, to represent the Homeowner and vote on all issues and motions that are properly presented at the meeting(s) for which this designation of proxy is effective. The Proxy shall have the authority to vote entirely at the discretion of the PROXY.
Fully support this petition. It is so shortsighted to continue to allow clearing and building in wetlands. The damage can never be corrected. I saw this all around my sisters home in Wilmington where building had taken place on wetlands and the flooding during hurricanes has become common place in areas that did not flood prior to the building.

I oppose the construction of 8 units zoning case PND21-002 in flood/wetlands at Offing Bridge and Georgetown Circle Corners. This is a sensitive Wetland area and construction will disrupt wildlife habitats, and aggravate the problems we already have with sediment run off and flooding.

Wetlands are areas where water covers soil all or part of the time. Wetlands are important because they protect and improve water quality, provide fish and wildlife habitats, store floodwaters and maintain surface water flow during dry periods....Retired Earth and Environmental Science teacher.

Building 8 multi family units in an area that is not suitable for such is a terrible idea for the lake and all who reside on and around it. Greedy developers who only care about profit and not protecting habitat, wildlife, people. Building on this flood zone puts so many and so much at risk!

I wholeheartedly oppose the construction of 8 units plus parking for 8-16 cars on a single family lot!

The city is already not taking care of the street run-off that causes problems with the lake. Reducing any wetlands will only compound the problem. Is the city going to dredge the remaining lake to balance reducing the wetlands?

It is pretty insane to put a building that accommodates 8 apartments in a single home family unit.
