The Park City School Board has agreed to expand dual-language immersion to the Kindergarten level at Parley's Park Elementary, and to add a second DLI program to Trailside Elementary starting in 1st grade.  In order to ensure that these new programs are made available to ALL Park City students, including those who live in the other two school boundaries, the School Board should implement a 100% lottery admission system for these new programs until every school has a DLI program available.

YES. make it fair for everyone. lottery is the only way to do it right.

Every kid in PC should have the same shot at this. My son is at McPolin and it feels like we get left out of all the new stuff.
