Just show the spreadsheet details... all it takes. I'm ready to fight for more resources. But, I don't know what I'm fighting for without the spreadsheet. MNPS parent. Meigs/HF

Dr. Joseph needs to be held accountable just as he holds all of us accountable as educators.

The reductions to Eakin's budget are making us consider not enrolling in the public schools.

I understand that it’s going to take a great deal to help our more high needs schools, but just throwing money at positions, programs and consultants isn’t going to help, especially if you keep putting the wrong people in leadership positions at those schools. It’s going to be sad to see who we’re losing by the time this all shakes out.

Look at the salaries for some of the top people compared with people in similar positions in other Metro Depts. Does it make sense that we have multiple people making the same or more than the Fire Chief?

Once upon a time in MNPS, the Central Office budget was austere to the extent that Central Office furniture was all donated and no painting was done until schools were painted and in perceived to be in decent repair.

This is shameful! The schools and teachers deserve the money, not some bureaucrat.
