I am an MNPS instructional coach and I am completely fearful of retaliation by Monique Felder or Shawn Joseph if I put my real name on this. The culture of fear in our ranks is 100% real. They have a way to make our life complete hell. Thank you for creating this.

MNPS School Board please help us. We are silently screaming and praying for someone to stand up and help us. We are literally fearful to even question directives from this administration.

We deserve complete transparency and every child in poverty deserves Title 1 funding. Not just those at the poorest of schools. Aside from Title 1, budgeting for Central Office should be the last priority and classrooms and teachers FIRST.

The fact that we are already having budget meetings given the refusal of Dr. Joseph to provide a full budget is absurd. The duty and responsibility of the School Board is to provide oversight of MNPS; that is impossible based on what has been presented to date. We are either dealing with incompetence in the part of the MNPS budgeting team and leadership, or intensional lack of transparency. In either case it is completely unacceptable.
