Pools should be opened as per the government they can. We need to be refunded for the months we weren’t allowed to use the amenities. In the future the HOA should not have authority to make a decision like that. We own our condos yet are treated like renters. It’s innapropriate and over step in power.

The pools in Kingstowne were one of the reasons we settled here. Other communities have opened their pools, why can Kingstowne not do it? Is management not up to it? Are desinfectans todo expensive? You could charge us a little bit more these 2.5 months!? The health of our community also relies on outdoor activities!!

We chose the Kingstowne community in part for the pools. Most other pools are open with careful restrictions.
