The decision to close pools for the entire season was premature.

If the state is open the pool should be open. Strongly encourage distancing for non-families and space out the chairs. You can also set a 70% capacity limit or whatever. But it is wrong to deny the community services is Virginia is open and while the children are already being punished enough with schools closed and all activities shut down for most of the year. Please reconsider

Pool should re-open at 60% capacity with age group time schedule.

The pools should be opened or we should receive a refund to put towards pools that are open like Burke Lake, or Virginia Hills.

Now that theGovernor has declared pools open, it seems that the KROC decision was premature. We get a lot of joy from the pools & recommend they open them sensibly. They already sent guidance out about reserving a lane for laps & suddenly reversed course. Let’s reopen In July before Summer is over.

It’s unfortunate that KROC didn’t involve the community in this decision. We should brainstorm to find a solution to avoid colliding the pools but allow for safety. Many pools are allowing sign-up times for folks to balance the numbers. This is a solution to consider.

Limit the people on the pool and maybe give everybody a time slot/ window for 2 h or so. But kids need some activities. School is out since March!!!!

I would like to have discussions about what is driving this decision if, and to the extent, it I s inconsistent with state Phased opening guidelines and see if we can allay the association’s concerns and allow residents to make informed decisions about whether to use the pool and gym facilities. Waivers of association liability would be one, of many, factors to consider.

It’s lazy to not open the pools! There is a sign up genius website that you can limit the amount of people and section off the pool!!

Very disappointed that the association couldn’t come up with a way to open our pools. And we are still paying our full HOA dues!!!

Please consider reopening pools, following guidance from neighboring communities on safety precautions for all!
