Marion County bars and restaurants are being restricted and treated less favorably than other Indiana counties. Businesses across this county are permanently closing every day. Meanwhile businesses in neighboring counties are flourishing and reaping the benefits of Marion County’s restrictions. Countless hard working citizens are either unemployed or underemployed due to these restrictions. And the city of Indianapolis is losing hundreds of thousands if not millions in sales tax revenue. With the unemployment rate up and sales tax revenue down, who will pay for this loss of income? We’re not politicians but we assume the citizens of this once great city will be responsible. We are asking for your help by signing this petition and telling our elected officials to open this city under the same guidelines as the rest of the state. Cheers!

Please open us back up. We should have the opportunity to make a living like every other industry. We at least should be on the same phase as the counties surrounding us.
