Mayor Whalen used our tax money to rebuild our great golf course. He did that so the citizens of Albany can play golf on it. What the hell is going on.... Let's go!!! OPEN THE GOLF COURSE.

The course should open. The course has made money in the past, If I recall correctly one year profit was $250,000. Some years were negative due to the weather. Open the course. Open the course.

Cap Hills is one of the reasons I'm reasonably happy to pay my city taxes--it's one of the things that make Albany special!

I was shocked to learn that Capital Hills is not yet open. Such a great facility for so many folks. Please get this on track and open.
