After successfully petitioning Mackie to provide drivers for windows 7 and Mac O/S it turns out the new drivers and firmware are full of bugs, please sign the petition and demand that Mackie sort this out.
This is a viable product: Our planet cannot sustain companies making such products redundant through poor driver / firmware support

Reaching 250 signatures proves that I am not the only one left frustrated by this broken gear. It is time for Mackie to fix these buggy drivers and stop forcing us to throw perfectly good hardware into landfills.

My Onyx 400f is still just a paperweight while these firmware bugs keep my studio silent. We need more momentum to force Mackie to acknowledge this issue before we hit our next milestone.

Mackie should support the driver for Mackie Onyx 400F. I have been using Mackie product for more than 10 years now and I still owe all my old gears including 400F.
was a good buy but actually good bye mackie...i have no reason to ever think buying from you in the future will give anything but a short term lease on hardware that should work for a long time....not be made obsolete on purpose. I will be sure from now on tell everyone i know that if you buy mackie, it won't work in a few years, so there is no point in buying mackie.
I bought a new mac book pro to use with my mackie onyx 400f and there are constant cut outs in the recordings. Has nothing to do with buffer sizes, i've spent so much time trying to fix this problem. Mackie please give me a driver that works on new Macs with my onyx 400f. otherwise, i have no use for you in my future. thanks.

I have a Mackie 400F and it is still the best sounding interface bar none. I would love a driver for windows 10!!!
