Really, it is inaccurate and misleading that the signage in Maryland does not indicate that the 5th largest city in the US, our first capital, and the birthplace of our nation is the next major city on the route!

When in Philly on 95, most of the signs say Trenton. Nothing says any other section of Philly, such as Northeast Philly, population over 300,000. Way more than Trenton.

I have thought this way for some time, Philly gets dissed on the highway.

I wondered why they didn't mention the city on the signs.

'Welcome to Philadelphia' should be on both north & south I-95! We are long overdue this notice.

Noticed lack of signs for PHL myself on many trips to/from VA, always wondered why only Baltimore/NYC were there. - high time PHL is on I-95 signs; there ARE more cities than just DC, Balto, and NYC - PHL rocks!

I agree! Phila. is a MAJOR CITY
and the birthplace of our democracy. Highway signs should reflect that. We are in the 21st century.
Go Quakers!
I have been saying EXACTLY this for years!
