@ONE adds significant PD value to our colleges. I've personally taken several @ONE courses and they have all been high value, increasing the effectiveness of my teaching and course design.

The CVC's commitment to support POCR and pair down PD is short-sighted. Having a successful Peer Online Course Review program starts with a strong foundation of PD. Colleges look to @ONE for innovation--especially in the realm of equity and accessibility--and adoptabe materials to implement effective practices at scale. Post-pandemic, we should be expanding PD offerings, not reducing them.

@ONE performs an invaluable service for CCC faculty and staff. Their courses and design advice help us create much more effective online and in-person courses. We would be lost with out their contributions!

I've not taken the time to make use of this training as much as I would like and hope it is there when I'm ready to improve my course engagement, equity and accessibility. Please continue to support this.

The Online Network of Educators is a key piece in the CVC's effort to get all community colleges on the same LMS and rowing in the same direction. It offers equitable support for colleges across the system, who may have differing levels of local support for faculty development, and it helps to give professors consistent information about quality teaching. Training such as @ONE is key to equity efforts. Few things have a bigger impact on equitable teaching. If the system really cares about this goal, they will expand funding for @ONE to allow greater collaboration and more access, not cut it.

@One training has given me the skills to create an online learning experience that is equitable, effective, engaging, and pedagogically sound. After employing their training, I received comments from students indicating they felt they learned just as much in the online class as they did face to face, they felt engaged and connected to their instructor and other students. I see many students that take all my online classes because they know its effective.

@ one is an important learning opportunity for faculty, many of whom don't know much about online teaching. Even "experts" need continuing education to stay current. Please do not end or take this program away from us! Community Colleges are not equipped to do this training. on their own and you will be hurting students if you take this away.

@ONE has been an amazing and valuable resource for my preparation and growth with serve students. The knowledge learned in the courses I completed with @ONE have been instrumental to my student in the classroom and in the counseling setting. Specially over the pandemic which brought so much uncertainty and anxiety to our students.
