We (the leaseholder residents of Kent Wharf) wish to make our objection against the proposed Sun Wharf development on Creekside, London in the borough of Lewisham known on the following grounds:
Proposed density and building heights of the Sun Wharf development will have a severe detrimental impact on light to a large proportion of existing apartments in Kent Wharf as well as the communal courtyard area of the Kent Wharf development.
In addition we would like it known that in our opinion the public consultation by the developer Bellway has been carried out in an underhanded manner with inadequate advertising and notice periods for open consultation forums.
