Im taking the police/council to court. First a little history - Promised a skatepark for a good 4 years now, nothings been done, in the recent attempt the council have decided to put the money for a skatepark towards a marina. Yes a marina in Northampton. ***Reason for arguing and willing to go to court over the fine*** ***Last Petition Council said we would get a skate park.. Now they are using the funds for a Boat Marina*** ***The council gives us nowhere to ride or skate, and then fines/threatens to throw you in a young offenders and crush your bike for criminal damage, when you ride or skate the basic street that is here. Its f****d up. And I'm tired of being pushed around by security, police and the council*** Long story short... Riding guildhall steps Security comes out I said we’re not moving, as we have no where to ride and we're being pushed of every where. Result - Argument with Security Security call Police Argument with Police It turns out one of the police officers already gave me a warning a few weeks before. Police try and fine me, i say im not paying it Now a court case over the fine SO I am starting another petition for a skate park in Northampton to prove a point.
