We the citizens and stakeholders of Prince William Sound require adequate oil spill response capacity. Utilizing Shepard Point for oil spill response will not and can not meet this need. We DEMAND that the Shepard Point road and oil spill response facility project AND Shepard Point deep water port project be TERMINATED; that Shepard Point be left as a future NON-OPTION for said project(s), and funding for said project(s) be re-allocated to an alternative site for oil spill response.

RIDICULOUS. We do not need this road or a port there. Leave Shepard Point alone it is beautiful the way it is.

This whole thing is a complete waste of money and will destroy the area. Pick a better site that actually makes sense.
