We're working on creation of a bilingual (English, Mandarin Chinese) Charter school in Northern NJ, currently named as "Hanyu International Academy Charter School". According to NJ Dept of Education website (http://www.state.nj.us/education/chartsch/): "A charter school is a public school that operates independently of a local school district’s board of education under a charter granted by the Commissioner.
