We're working on creation of a bilingual (English, Mandarin Chinese) Charter school in Northern NJ, currently named as "Hanyu International Academy Charter School". Please support us by signing our petition below. We need to gather enough support from local communities to present our case to the State. According to NJ Dept of Education website (http://www.state.nj.us/education/chartsch/): "A charter school is a public school that operates independently of a local school district’s board of education under a charter granted by the Commissioner.
