It is a residential area and this type of storage facility will attract crime in this area. I am totally against it.

Definitely opposed to the storage facility, especially right next to the residences.
Not entirely opposed to the small site having a commercial use, but single story and with something useful and beneficial for the residences in the area.

I oppose the building of a storage facility by the community of Fireside at Norterra. Furthermore, I will be a permanent non-customer of such a facility.

This is not an appropriate location for a storage unit. This is on top of residential homes, and the greater area is already well served by several storage facilities in the area.

There are plenty of storage units along Deer Valley...between this and all the apartments this will no longer be a nice clean family neighborhood!
