The residents should have a voice about what is in the neighborhood. Do not bring a storage unit to the spaceas it will be unsafe and decrease the value of the area.

We need businesses in keeping with the residential character and beauty of our neighborhood. Greedy developers have only themselves to blame if their business model fails. Please don't enable them by granting a special permit.

This does not belong here. This is a residential area - this belongs on a major street or highway. We can not have our neighborhood suffer because De Rito Partners was greedy when tenants came to rent the area, and now has no one left. We don't need storage up here. This will fail. He doesn't have one by his home, we shouldn't have one either. Please deny.
