Do not want this building in this area. Too residential. A lot of children in the area. Too tall and close to the preserve! Will not improve the area but bring it down, especially being 24hr.

Please block the special zoning permit- it shouldn't take petition to deny such developement knowing the negative effects these facilities can bring to family-based communities.

This type of facility does not belong in the middle of a neighborhood. There are many other options in the area that make more sense for the business as well as for its customers.

This plot of land should be developed for local small business/retail/restaurant. This is a social neighborhood in need of other options for family services. That would not be served by erecting the proposed edifice.
