We really do not want a 24 hour storage facility in our neighborhood. This would make the 3rd facility in a 2 mile radius and should be built in a more industrial area -- not in the middle of a large residential area of high priced homes.

This is not the appropriate placement of such a use of space. Our neighborhood is in dire need of restaurants and businesses that neighbors need on a daily basis. There are many options for storage in the vicinity. Please do not allow this to be zoned as storage.

We have a beautiful community and there are so many other great options for the open space for sale at Norterra Parkway and North Valley Parkway. NO to storage units!!!

A commercial business of this nature should be built in an industrial type area and not in a residential neighborhood. My greatest concerns are the affect it would have on property values in the area and increased crime. We already have issues with theft in the area and do not need to attract more crime.

This project has no business being put in this location with what is available in the surrounding areas. It serves no real purpose for the families and residents in this area. It is a poor use of the land. Protect our community and help develop its culture.

I don't oppose storage units in general (as I rent one for my business) but the proposed placement of this building would not be conducive of the stylw I would like in this neighborhood. Please do not allow a zone change.

There is a brand new storage facility being built just south of Happy Valley on 23rd Ave. There is NO need for another so close and in the middle of a neighborhood, nonetheless. The residents of this community will not let this succeed!

There are so many other businesses that the community would love to support but a storage unit isn't one in this location. There are already brand new storage units being put in at Norterra and Happy Valley by the Tutor Time anyway.

Against this in this area! There is NO need for a 24 hour storage Facility. De Rito Partners should be embarrassed at their greed in not negotiating reasonable rents for their development! It has sat vacant for 3 years because of their greed. They will build this and it will fail and not sell and then what? A 74,000 square foot shell boarded up. Built this in your neighborhood De Rito! We will NOT let this succeed.
