This is not the type of business originally zoned to have. I strongly feel that we need to stick with what we as homeowners and investors into this community were sold on. This is not ok with me to allow any change to accommodate any other type of business than what was originally sold to us that would be there. Not the vision for this area at all or the direction to go. No changes!

There are better, more industrialized areas nearby that may already be zoned for this. This type of facility should not receive a zoning adjustment for this location in a residential neighborhood.

This kind of facility does NOT belong in a residential area! There is plenty of land around this area for a facility to be built not next to homes! A 24 hour facility will bring more crime and there are plenty of storage facilities that are not even at capacity as it is! I vote NO WAY!!!

The storage facility would absolutely devastate the small housing market.. resell prices would plummet in the aftermath. Also, there is no need for a storage facility here.
