Paris Hilton was recently found guilty for violating the terms of her probation. She has an utter disrespect for the laws of whatever state she happens to be in at the time, she has a disregard for normal public behavior and she does not respect our legal system. She intends to use her position as a celebutante to avoid jail for her crimes. Her sentence is well within sentencing guidelines.
Upon discovering that this is a situation that she cannot simply buy her way out of, she set out to have an online petition attempt to force the Governor of California to intercede upon her behalf. There is no justice in that type of intercession, it would only further widen the gap between the haves and the have-nots.
In the interests of equality and justice we urge the Governor of California, Arnold Schwartzenegger to do nothing other than wish Ms. Hilton luck as she serves out her sentence of 45 days in jail.
The emails from people who feel forgotten by the legal system keep coming in and they are exhausting to read. It is difficult to keep pushing when the inequality seems so rigid but I am not walking away from this yet.

The law is the law. If she cant do the time she shouldnt have broke the rules. Tired of celebs thinking they get a pass.

Finally someone has to face the music just like the rest of us. If I drove like that I would be behind bars in a heartbeat no excuses.
