South Shore HS Name Change - Have a Say So, Say No!

I am not a SSJS allum but lived in the South Shore district as a little boy and am aware of its many, many students, including my second cousin, Harve Fischman, who was one of the most famous Quiz Kids and went on to become a famous movie and TV producer with several Star Trek movies, the Six Million Dollar Man and Emmy winner A Woman Called Golda among his awards. He moved from SSHS to California after his junior year so he could pursue a career in Hollywood. The number of distinguished persons who attended SSHS is enormous. It would be a great insult to them to change the name.

My name is Regina Smith, I graduated from South Shore High School in 1986 and I feel that the South Shore should keep it's name it has been a monument for many years. So please don't change the name.
