On January 8th, 2008, Apple announced a new fantastic Mac Pro computers. A lot of us immediately has bought them with enthusiasm.
Since the first days some problems was signalled on forums and discussions groups about strange freeze behaviours (with screen corruption) during normal usage. The latest Leopard MacOsX and graphics update didn't fix the problems:

After two weeks it is not possibile to ask refund or replacement of the Mac, so we the undersigned demand Apple to fix the issue, releasing a software update or replacing the Mac Pros hardware part that causes the issue.
The stories coming in from other users confirm that this hardware instability affects far too many of us. I am currently organizing these accounts to ensure our collective experience is clear when we finally reach out to their support department.

The groundswell of responses here confirms that these technical failures are not isolated incidents affecting only a few users. This shared frustration underscores the need for a formal response and a lasting repair from the manufacturer.
