UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. Education should be universal not based on where you live. Stop trying to squeeze cash out of people just trying to learn.
This is just wrong. Students are already getting hammered with debt and this makes it even worse. Keep it affordable for everyone.
Absolute rubbish idea. It will only hurt the universities long term if people stop coming. Bad move for Scotland.
My son is looking at unis up there and its putting him off entirely. Dont close the door on talent.
so unfair. why should we be treated like tourists in our own country? fix this now.

fees are already way too high and this is just another barrier. hope they listen to reason and scrap the plan.
